Atisale is the largest Italian sea salt producer but is also active in the vacuum salt production.The company is based on a deep know-how of the cultivation, harvesting and processing of both sea salt and vacuum salt and is actively engaged in the development of new and environmentally friendly production methods that maximise the capacity of the plants and simultaneously preserve the ecosystem of the salt works.
The result of this policy is an all Italian salt produced exclusively in the sea salt works of Margherita di Savoia (Puglia) and of S’Antioco (Sardinia) and in the vacuum salt plant in Volterra (Tuscany).
